MADE Coach Professional Standards

MADE coaches are selected, trained, and positioned as premium development professionals. These standards protect player experience, coach opportunity, and the integrity of the MADE brand in every market we serve.

Required Training Equipment

Every coach is expected to arrive fully prepared. Equipment readiness directly impacts session quality, safety, and client confidence.

Preparedness is not optional. Equipment readiness directly affects session flow, safety, and perceived professionalism.

Baseballs (12-24 quality leather baseballs)

A consistent supply of quality baseballs keeps reps efficient and professional, and avoids downtime between drills during high-tempo sessions.

Throw-down bases allow coaches to structure movement patterns, baserunning cues, and game-like scenarios in a clear, organized setup.

Batting Tee

A reliable tee supports foundational swing work for all levels and makes it easier to build clean, measurable progression in each session.

Personal Glove

A coach's own glove is required for demonstration quality, safe throwing drills, and maintaining a professional on-field standard from first rep to last rep.
