Coaching Style
My coaching style blends modern training tools with the old-school fundamentals that built the game. I use video analysis and performance data to help players refine their mechanics while emphasizing the fundamentals that create real results — defensive fundamentals, situational awareness, base running, and smart execution.
Sessions may include mechanical breakdown, performance metrics like exit velocity and launch angle, and mental performance habits. My goal is simple: help players become skilled, confident athletes who truly understand the game.
Coaching Experience
I’ve spent many years coaching baseball with a focus on developing confident, fundamentally sound players. I’ve worked with athletes at multiple levels, helping them improve their mechanics, baseball IQ, and understanding of the game.
My coaching focuses on:
- Strong, repeatable fundamentals
- Situational awareness and baseball IQ
- Confidence, accountability, and mental toughness
- A team-first mindset and strong work ethic
Practices are structured, energetic, and competitive, designed to challenge players and help them improve every session.
Playing Experience
I started playing baseball at the age of four and continued developing through Little League, junior high, high school, and college.
Along the way, I was fortunate to be part of a championship-winning team and was selected to play in an All-Star Game where I hit a home run.
Today, I still compete in Los Angeles’ LABL, where I play starting shortstop and continue to be selected to the league’s All-Star Game regularly.
Continuing to play the game keeps me connected to the sport and allows me to bring real, current experience into every session with the players I coach.
About
I’ve played baseball for more than 30 years and have spent the last 15 years coaching and developing players. Baseball has always been a huge part of my life, and I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge to help young athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a true understanding of the game.
