TOTAL BEGINNERS, PLEASE BE AWARE:
- Please be aware that we are not a baby sitting camp. We play real baseball with hard baseballs. If your player has zero to limited ability to play catch, it will be very challenging for them to participate and also more dangerous.
- If your player is a complete beginner and knows nothing about baseball, please sign up for private baseball lessons prior to signing up for camp to have your player evaluated by one of our MADE Baseball coaches to determine if they are ready for camp. This applies mostly to 7-9 year old players. Beginner players who are age 10-12 yr olds are generally fine as long as they love the game, want to learn, and have some ability to catch the ball and not be a danger to themselves.
- We get better every day and have fun playing live baseball games and instructing our players through out the day!
- At our baseball camps, your child will learn life lessons, increase their baseball iq and skills, and gain a tremendous amount of value out of every single day they attend.
- If your player is an advanced 11 or 12 year old, they are still welcomed to attend and will benefit a great deal from coming to our camp and learning from our professional coaching staff. Our staff is very good at coaching each player at their relative level of play!
During our summer and winter camps, we organize our weeks more or less according to the following itinerary. When we have single day, or 3 day camps, we will always have a daily plan similar to what you see below:
Our general daily itinerary is as follows:
Mondays – IF/OF defense
Tuesdays – Pitching & Baserunning
Wednesdays – Hitting
Thursdays – Baseball Olympics
Fridays – Tournament Day
