MADE Baseball Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By registering for, attending, or participating in any MADE Baseball lesson, camp, clinic, or event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Participation and Covered Activities

This waiver applies to all MADE Baseball activities, including private lessons, camps, clinics, classes, training sessions, evaluations, games, use of facilities, and any related activities.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in baseball and athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury from bats, balls, or equipment
  • Collisions, falls, or physical contact
  • Sprains, fractures, concussions, or other injuries
  • Overexertion, dehydration, or heat-related illness
  • Equipment malfunction or facility conditions

You understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation, including serious injury or death.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless MADE Baseball, its coaches, staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in any MADE Baseball activity.

4. Responsibility for Scheduling and Attendance

You are responsible for managing your schedule and attendance. All rescheduling and cancellations must follow MADE Baseball’s 24-hour policy.

5. Medical Acknowledgment

You confirm that the participant is physically able to participate in baseball activities. You authorize emergency medical care if necessary and accept full responsibility for any related costs.

6. Minor Participants

If registering a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

7. Code of Conduct

MADE Baseball reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Media Release

You grant MADE Baseball permission to use photos or videos of participation for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

9. No Guarantees

MADE Baseball does not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, or outcomes from participation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any MADE Baseball activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.

This waiver is incorporated into all MADE Baseball registrations and applies to all participants unless otherwise stated in writing.
