What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
What to know about our scheduling system and our 24 hour reschedule/cancellation policy
All rescheduling and canceling of private baseball lessons, camp days, and/or baseball classes can and must be done through our online scheduling system on your own. Create an account to manage your appointments by clicking the Sign Up button in the top right corner of the booking page (madebaseball.as.me).
Our cancellation policy requires all rescheduling and canceling of appointments to be done at least 24 hours in advance or the appointment will be charged at full price.
What else to know about our scheduling system and 24 hour policy
- Our scheduling system gives you the advantage of being able to book any MADE Baseball coach that works for your location and schedule. You can even mix and match coaches within the same lesson package.
- All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Schedule your private lessons as far in advance as possible (up to 90 days) to help lock in your desired time slots.
- If something comes up, cancel or reschedule your lesson through your account in our scheduling system.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that you cancel and/or reschedule your player’s appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you are inside the 24 hour window, no refund will be provided.
- No exceptions.
But what if my coach agrees that I shouldn’t attend?
Your coach may agree that you have a legitimate reason for not attending. Regardless, coaches are not responsible for bearing any part of the burden associated with a client’s unexpected personal circumstances, even if those circumstances are beyond their control or prevent participation in the lesson.
This includes:
- Illness or injury
- Unspecified family emergency or personal crisis
- Last-minute tournament or schedule changes to your player’s game schedule
- Doctor or specialist appointments
- Traffic congestion or car trouble
- Aches, pains, or sprains
- Forgetfulness or mistakes made when booking
Can you make an exception for me?
Unfortunately, both coaches and MADE Baseball’s support team cannot make exceptions to this policy. Coaches often turn down other work opportunities because they have been booked on MADE Baseball. Without a firm cancellation policy in place to protect against last-minute cancellations and loss of income, our coaches would not be able to offer their services reliably.
