If my coach’s schedule isn’t showing any times that work for me, can I reach out to him to see if he can open another time?
In general, the answer is no, but their are some exceptions.
The 4 most common use cases and/or exceptions for this is scenario are:
1. when a child has a unique school day off or a half day
2. during holiday breaks when a child is off of school
3. when a child is home-schooled and has flexibility in their daily schedule
4. when you are an adult and are able to meet a coach during the day and/or any time that works for the coach outside of their listed hours
If you are interested in working with a specific MADE Baseball Coach and their visible schedule does not have any open slots that work with your current schedule, you may try to reach out to our front office to see if there is another time that could work.
Be sure to tell us a few EXACT days and times that work for you and we will reach out to the coach for you.
NOTE: This is not something you should do with regularity and should only apply to one of the use cases listed aboe.
