What happens if myself or my child gets sick and can’t make a lesson?

We understand that things happen and we always do our best to be understanding of situations of our clients, but please be aware that our 24 hour cancelation policy is in effect and if your child gets sick on the day of your lesson you will be charged for the lesson if he or she is unable to attend.

Can you make an exception for me?

Unfortunately both instructors and MADE Baseball’s support team cannot make exceptions to this policy. Instructors often turn down other work opportunities because they have been booked on MADE Baseball. Without a firm cancellation policy in place to protect against last minute cancellations and loss of income, our instructors wouldn’t offer their services at all.
