MADE Baseball is looking for exceptional baseball coaches to provide private lessons in cities across the country who meet the following criteria:

✔️ Age & Appearance: 21+ years old, love baseball, and look the part.

✔️ Equipment: Own your own gear (see Required Coaching Gear).

✔️ Reliability: Strong calendar management and punctual to all lessons.

✔️ Experience: High baseball IQ with preferred experience giving private lessons; training provided.

✔️ Playing/Coaching Background:

•2+ seasons of college/professional experience preferred (not mandatory).

•Respectable baseball résumé; still playing (college/pro, men’s league) is a plus.

✔️ Skills & Personality:

•Confident, energetic, kind, and patient communicator with kids and parents.

•Ability to connect with and teach players of all ages and abilities.

•Adaptable teaching style with a focus on discipline, accountability, and fun.

✔️ Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent.

✔️ Physical Capability:

•Safely throw and catch frequently (up to 6 lessons/day).

•Catch bullpens and throw batting practice as needed.

✔️ Additional Skills:

•Public speaking skills for camps or classes is a plus.

•Committed to refining the craft of teaching baseball lesson by lesson.
