*For any new lesson booking, all MADE Baseball Coaches are required to send out an initial welcome/confirmation text within 24 hours*

First impressions are everything. Sending a personal welcome text along with an annotated map within 24 hours after a new booking shows professionalism, creates trust, and provides an excellent customer experience for the clients booking with you right from the start.

Steps for creating the text and map:

1. Copy and paste the text template below into a note on your phone so that you can quickly search for it, copy and paste it into a new text. Adjust the text to fill in your name, location, and other details pertinent to you.

2. In the note, include a copy of your annotated map with exact instructions on exactly where to meet you and where it is best for them to park.

3. For any new client, copy and paste the text and map and send it to the client’s number on file within 24 hours of any new booking.

4. Take a few moments to make this nice and professional in the beginning, and you will save yourself a lot of time in the future as lessons begin filling your schedule!

NOTE: You only need to send this text one time within 24 hours after the initial lesson booking. Thereafter, the client will not expect to receive a text message from you after future lesson bookings, and instead will know to simply meet you at your training location at the time and date booked. #LetsGooo
