MADE Baseball Code of Conduct
At MADE Baseball, we take pride in maintaining a professional, respectful, and positive environment for our coaches, players, and parents. As a MADE Baseball Coach, you are expected to uphold the following standards at all times:
- Professionalism
• Arrive on time and prepared for all lessons.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance by wearing your MADE Baseball uniform (hat, shirt, shorts, turfs/shoes).
• Communicate promptly and respectfully with clients, parents, and the MADE Baseball team.
2. Respect
• Treat all players, parents, park visitors, and fellow coaches with respect and courtesy.
• Use positive and encouraging language when coaching players. Criticism should be constructive and aimed at helping players improve.
• Respect the shared use of public parks by being mindful of others and maintaining a positive presence.
3. Safety First
• Always prioritize the safety of your players:
• Monitor pitching loads and arm health for pitchers.
• Cancel or reschedule lessons in unsafe weather or field conditions.
• Be aware of your surroundings and take steps to ensure a safe training environment.
4. Accountability
• Keep your calendar updated and accurate at all times.
• If you need to reschedule a lesson, reach out to the client promptly and propose a new time instead of canceling outright.
• Follow the MADE Baseball protocols for client communication, cancellations, and no-shows.
5. Integrity and Ethics
• Represent MADE Baseball with honesty, integrity, and fairness in all interactions.
• Do not arrange private lessons with clients outside of the MADE Baseball platform. This is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your coaching role.
6. Attitude and Growth
• Maintain a positive attitude during lessons, even when challenges arise.
• Lead by example and inspire players by demonstrating patience, discipline, and enthusiasm.
• Commit to continuous improvement as a coach and a professional by seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
7. Park and Field Etiquette
• Leave all fields and training areas clean and organized. Pick up any equipment, trash, or belongings before leaving.
• Be mindful of park rules, hours, and other visitors.
• Avoid confrontations or disputes with others in shared spaces. If an issue arises, contact MADE Baseball support.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in:
1. A verbal or written warning.
2. Temporary suspension of coaching privileges.
3. Termination of your coaching role with MADE Baseball.
By upholding this Code of Conduct, you ensure that MADE Baseball remains a trusted, professional, and positive environment for coaches, players, and families.
