What is Hustle Ball?

Hustle Ball is MADE Baseball’s signature game format — a fast-paced, coach-led version of live baseball that emphasizes tempo, awareness, and constant engagement.

Players rotate positions frequently, run hard on every play, and are coached live during the game to develop better instincts and sharper baseball IQ.

It’s designed to be competitive, developmental, and above all — fun.

Learn more on our Hustle Ball page.

Can I book lessons directly with a MADE coach?

To respect our coaches’ time and maintain the integrity of our program, all lessons must be booked directly through MADE Baseball. This ensures that coaches are compensated fairly, their schedules are protected, and every client receives the high-quality, consistent experience we promise.

We value the relationships our coaches build with families, and we actually encourage friendly, ongoing communication after a lesson has been booked. Once a coach has worked with a player, they are welcome to text the client to confirm future sessions, share feedback, or offer support — but all new bookings and rescheduling must still go through our website or customer support team.

If a client begins requesting schedule changes or additional sessions directly through the coach, our coaches are trained to kindly redirect them back to the MADE Baseball front office. This process helps us stay organized, protect everyone’s time, and continue building a professional, trusted community for families and coaches alike.

Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain credit. Missed or late-canceled sessions are non-refundable.

Is there a waitlist for fully booked sessions?

Currently, we do not offer an automated waitlist. If a session is fully booked and you’d like to be notified of openings, please contact us.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request or help you find an alternative time.

Facilities & Equipment

What facilities are available at MADE Baseball?

Each MADE Baseball coach operates at their own designated location, which may include local parks, fields, or private facilities in the Richmond Hill and Savannah area — including the Richmond Hill Recreation Complex.

We also offer private lessons through our trusted network of coaches in the Los Angeles area. Lesson locations vary based on the coach.

You can view exact locations on each coach’s profile at madebaseball.com/coaches, or contact us with any questions.

Is equipment provided, or should I bring my own?

Players should bring their own glove, bat, helmet, and any other personal gear needed to train.

Coaches will provide baseballs and additional training equipment as needed, but players are expected to come prepared with their essentials.

Are there restrooms on-site?

Since we operate out of local parks, fields, and private facilities, restrooms may or may not be available depending on the location.

Locker rooms are generally not provided. We recommend arriving dressed and ready to train.

If restroom access is important for your session, feel free to contact us in advance to confirm.

Safety & Policies

What safety measures are in place during training?

Player safety is our top priority. All coaches are trained to maintain a safe, structured environment at all times.
We emphasize proper technique, age-appropriate drills, and live play that’s competitive but controlled.
Coaches are expected to inspect their training areas, use clear communication, and lead with professionalism and care.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on lessons, camps, or packages. However, if you need to reschedule or adjust your booking, you can do so anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your credit will remain active and can be used for future sessions.

If you have special circumstances, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Are there any age restrictions for training programs?

We train players as young as 4 years old and up through high school, college, and even adults.

Certain camps or classes may have age-specific requirements, which will be listed in the program details.

If you’re unsure whether your player is the right age for a program, contact us — we’ll help guide you to the best fit.
