I can honestly say that this book truly changed my life in the best way and gave me the knowledge and routines that I needed to become an elite athlete. Mark Verstegen is an idol of mine and a genius of life and fitness optimization. He answers the questions that we need to ask ourselves about mindsets, training, and everything in between. If you have a player that is at least 13 years old and interested in being serious about playing baseball, or any other sport, at a higher level, this is a must read. It is simple and so well written, and it lays out everything you need to know in order to optimize your training. I aspire to be like Mark and I am working on it in my life everyday.
