Hustle Ball is MADE’s signature format: coach‑pitch, high‑energy live play with constant feedback and fast rotations. No standing around, no dead reps: every inning is a chance to build the habit, not just the mechanic.

Who It’s For

Players who are ready to play hard and learn fast.

Best for athletes with some baseball experience who want more live reps, faster decisions, and real‑time coaching.

  • 7–12Age RangeTypically ages 7–12 (varies by location).
  • 1–2Experience LevelYears of experience encouraged. Beginners with good attitudes who are coachable are welcome.

The Rules

How we play the MADE way.

Hustle Ball isn’t just fun: it’s built on rules that teach accountability, awareness, and hustle. Players learn fast that little details matter.

  • Attitude & Hustle

    • Not sprinting through first base = out
    • Walking on or off the field = out
    • Arguing calls = out (and maybe another!)
    • Not sliding when expected = out

  • Mental Mistakes

    • Forgetting to bring in the bat = out
    • Striking out looking = 2 outs (when rule is in play)
    • Not calling out the base ("1-1-1!") = runner safe

  • Uniform Infractions

    • Untied shoes = out
    • Shirt untucked = out if repeated
    • No helmet or hat = out

  • Safety Rules

    • Only 1 on-deck hitter at a time
    • No gear left out of the dugout
    • Clean up when asked = required

  • Game Rules

    • Coach pitch only: fast-paced and consistent
    • Bow net as catcher unless otherwise assigned
    • No stealing unless a catcher is in use
    • No walks unless specified by coaches
    • 5-run limit per inning (except final inning rules)
    • Final 10 minutes = game ends + team recap
    • Player of the Game chosen after each class

These rules keep the game moving, build habits that transfer to real games, and create an environment where hustle and focus are rewarded.
