MADE Baseball β Client Terms
By booking, purchasing, or using any MADE Baseball coaching servicesβ lessons, classes, camps, or programs (collectively, "Services")βyou agree to these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to these terms on their behalf.
All sessions must be booked through MADE Baseball's website or approved scheduling systems (e.g., Acuity). No walk-ups. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is processed.
You may create an account to manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
Pricing and availability vary by session type and coach. See the pricing page and coach profiles for current options.
No direct booking with coaches: All new bookings and reschedules go through MADE Baseball. Clients may not book lessons directly with coaches via text, email, or phone.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain credit for future use.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
When you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule.
Weather may require cancellation or rescheduling. Our coaches are trained to put safety first when conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, severe weather, unplayable surfaces). They will communicate with you as early as possible.
If a session is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; credits are applied when rescheduling is not possible.
Assumption of risk: Baseball and sports training involve inherent risks, including injury from physical activity, equipment, and other participants. By participating in MADE Baseball services, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
Liability waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release MADE Baseball, its coaches, affiliates, and facility owners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in or attendance at MADE Baseball services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parent/guardian consent: If you are a parent or guardian, you consent to your minor's participation and agree to these terms on their behalf.
MADE Baseball carries commercial liability insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000 for eligible claims arising from on-platform sessions onlyβi.e., sessions booked and paid through MADE-approved systems. Coverage applies only to sessions conducted through MADE Baseball. Off-platform or private arrangements are not covered.
MADE Baseball provides coaching and instruction designed to improve player skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. We do not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, or placement on teams. Progress depends on the player's effort, commitment, and many factors outside our control.
All payments are processed through MADE-approved systems (currently Stripe). Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
MADE Baseball generally does not offer refunds on lessons, camps, or packages. We will work with you to reschedule when possible. If you have a special circumstance, contact us and we will review your request.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with a private lesson, we will pair you with a different coach or offer a refund for that lesson. Contact us to make it right.
Disputes related to billing, services, or these terms should first be directed to MADE support: 1-877-MADE-888 or support@madebaseball.com. We will work in good faith to resolve issues promptly.
MADE Baseball may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
