Six weeks, week by week

  1. Week 1

    Arm care and the warm-up

How to warm up the arm and body the MADE way, and a simple arm-care routine players can repeat at home.

  2. Week 2

    Balance and a repeatable delivery

Clean, efficient movement from the ground up: balance, posture and a delivery that looks the same pitch to pitch.

  3. Week 3

    Throwing mechanics

Grip, arm path and finish, with feedback loops and clear rep goals for each player.

  4. Week 4

    Throwing strikes and command

Aiming small, hitting spots, and learning what a strike-throwing routine feels like.

  5. Week 5

    Routines and game IQ

A pre-pitch routine, handling pressure, and thinking the game faster: the why behind every rep.

  6. Week 6

    Putting it together

A full-routine session: warm-up, delivery and command work, plus a plan to keep going at home.

The outline may shift to fit the group. Based on the MADE Method.
