MADE Baseball generally does not offer refunds on lessons, camps, or packages. We will work with you to reschedule when possible. If you have a special circumstance, contact us and we will review your request.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain credit for future use. Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
When you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule.
If you are not fully satisfied with a private lesson, we will pair you with a different coach or offer a refund for that lesson. Contact our front office within 48 hours to make it right.
If a session is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; credits are applied when rescheduling is not possible.
Refunds for camps and multi-session packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@madebaseball.com to discuss your situation.
