A lesson with me:
When working with a new player I make sure to take the time to get to know the individual, and always try to establish some rapport right away. My lessons are fast paced, fun, and work oriented. I make sure the player has an understanding of why we’re working on the drills we’re working on, but the primary focus is always on getting the reps in and enjoying the session. The session will always start with a dynamic warm-up and stretch session before moving into whatever the focus will be for the day.
My favorite motivational quote:
“Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses.” – Kobe Bryant
