Coach Nolan provides baseball lessons in Brentwood at Veterans Barrington Park
Short Bio:
My name is Coach Nolan Bryan. I provide Baseball Lessons in Brentwood as a proud MADE Baseball Coach. I was named after the legendary pitcher, Nolan Ryan. My dad was drafted out of Clovis High School in the 7th round by the Texas Rangers, and he taught me everything I know about the game. I played varsity baseball at Loyola High School as a third-baseman. Baseball taught me self-confidence, perseverance, hard work, and reliability. It is a privilege to be able to pass on these valuable lessons to the younger generation.
Coaching Experience:
I have been coaching private and small group baseball lessons in Brentwood as well as coaching a 10u club team for over 3 years.
Assistant coach under the tutelage of my dad when he was coaching Garfield High School in Los Angeles.
I am a passionate student and learner of the game who continues to expand my knowledge and coaching techniques on a daily basis to always be growing as a coach.
Playing Experience:
Varsity baseball Loyola HS 2009
I was taught baseball by my father, Frank Bryan, who was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 7th round of out Clovis High School
A lesson with me:
My lessons vary based on skill level and individual needs, but an average lesson would begin with stretching. From there we would play catch and work on the fundamentals of throwing a baseball (four seam, arm angle, long arm, balance, and weight shifting). Then we would take ground balls and pop flies, and after that we’d finish with hitting and running the bases.
