What is the cancellation and refund policy for baseball lessons?
Our standard is 24 hours. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session starts, in your CageList account. The window shown at checkout is the one that applies to your booking.
Cancel before the window closes and you receive what CageList's rules provide for your booking, which is normally a full refund to your original payment method. Cancel inside the window but before the session starts, and CageList's rules provide a partial credit rather than a cash refund. After a session starts, or if you do not show up, nothing is due.
If you booked several lessons in advance, each lesson follows the window shown on its own booking. If MADE cancels or cannot deliver a session, you are rescheduled or refunded as CageList's rules provide. MADE does not add its own fees on top.
If you are not happy with a lesson, contact us within 7 days of the session and we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.
