What should my child bring to a baseball lesson?
Bring your own glove, bat, helmet and personal gear. The helmet is for live hitting. Also bring water and proper baseball footwear for the surface you will be training on.
Coach Isaac Hess provides baseballs and training aids as needed, so you do not need to bring a bucket of balls.
Plan to arrive a few minutes early and come ready to train. Restroom access depends on the location and is not guaranteed, so it helps to arrive dressed and ready when you can.
It also helps to tell Coach Isaac your player's goals before the lesson starts. Whether it is a hitting slump, a new position or pitching command, he can shape the hour around what your player needs most.
Lessons are at Swing Kingz in St. Cloud Monday through Friday and at Extra Innings Orlando on Saturday and Sunday, for now. CageList shows the exact schedule when you book.
