What should we expect at our first baseball lesson?
Your first lesson is one hour with Coach Isaac Hess, a former professional pitcher with more than 15 years in baseball. Parents should be at the first lesson. After that, it depends on what the coach and your player are comfortable with.
Arrive a few minutes early with a glove, bat, helmet for live hitting, water and the right footwear. Tell Coach Isaac what your player wants to work on so the session fits them.
Every lesson is built around the player. It is focused and age appropriate, with lots of reps that do not overwhelm, and honest feedback that parents can understand. The goal is to build skill and a love for baseball at the same time.
Players can work on hitting mechanics and approach, throwing, fielding, pitching and baseball IQ. Coach Isaac has special experience helping left handed pitchers, and he is passionate about hitting and complete player growth.
You book the first lesson on CageList. If you have a question first, call or text 407-498-6602.
