Do you offer baseball lessons for adults?
Yes. MADE trains players from age 4 through high school, college and adults. Adult lessons are built for men's league players, former players coming back after time away, and adult beginners who want real fundamentals.
Common focus areas include hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing, arm care, movement quality and game planning. The plan is built around your current level and your schedule, and it can include short homework between sessions so you keep momentum without adding unnecessary volume.
Beginners are welcome. Adult beginners get a clear progression so training feels approachable from the first day, and men's league players can work on consistency, command, timing and game confidence.
You can train with a teammate. Add teammates when you book on CageList. Lessons are at Swing Kingz in St. Cloud Monday through Friday and at Extra Innings Orlando on Saturday and Sunday, for now.
